Wiki Challenge - The group that has ALL of its members successfully complete the following tasks will win the Wiki Challenge and earn Extra Credit! 1. Have all group members successfully log in to the computer, and log in to the Wiki. 2. Have all group members create their own wikipage (w/i our class wiki). Make the name of your wikipage be your first name and last initial. 3. Have all group members type the word-of-the-day and its definition on each of their wikipages. 4. Have all group member create a table on each of their wikipages. The table should have two columns and ten rows. 5. Once the table is created, students should type in the 9/11 "Areas of Study" (in to the first column) that we discussed at the beginning of class. 6. Once the text has been typed in, change the font to a color, style, and size of your choice. 7. Find an image that represents a topic that you're looking forward to studying this semester. Insert/post that image onto your wikipage. Then make that image a link to a website where I can learn more information about your topic. Good Luck!!!!!

Topic: 9/11 Assessment Day - Wiki Pages will be locked at 7:45 am! Must be finished! - Make sure ALL of your class/homework materials related to 9/11 Unit are HERE for FInal Assessment!
To upload/insert your WWII PowerPoint on to this page, following these directions: 1. Save your PowerPoint file with a unique name. Include your name in the file name (e.g. "HartleyWWIIResearch") 2. Log on to this site. Username: first initial followed by last name, followed by nhs. Password: hartley___(with a number after it). 3. Click the "Edit" button in the upper right. 4. Click on the "Insert Images and Files" button. 5. Click on the "Upload" tab 6. Find your file (from your own folder/jump drive) and double click it. 7. Once it has uploaded, click on the "Insert" tab 8. Change "Embed File" to "Link to File" (on the right) 9. Find your file - they are in alphabetical order. 10. Double click your file name. It should then appear on the page where the cursor was. 11. Click "Save" and you're done!!
